So, my Bosch dryer died during the holidays and it was only 1 1/2 years old. This company had Matthew come out in days (not weeks like the other companies I contacted). Matthew diagnosed the problem and ordered the part on the spot! He was very knowledgeable, professional and proficient in repairing the dryer in record time, keeping me informed along the way. He even helped me contact Bosch to cover the part with a limited warranty! I’ll contact them for all my appliance repair needs. If there were 10 stars I would have given them 11! Thank you, Matthew 😊
